Integral leveling structure of fabricated floor
The invention discloses an integral leveling structure of a fabricated floor. The structure comprises four fixing blocks; first sliding grooves and limiting grooves arranged at equal intervals are formed inside the four fixing blocks correspondingly; fourth through holes are formed in the top ends of the fixing blocks; and rod bodies are in threaded connection with the inner side walls of the fourth through holes. When the integral leveling structure of the fabricated floor is used, the four rod bodies are rotated at the same time, the rod bodies drive two second plate bodies to move downwards, the two second plate bodies drive a first plate body to move downwards through a third plate body, the first plate body, the second plate bodies and the third plate body flatten a floor, and after the second plate bodies drive a supporting plate to make contact with a limiting plate, so that the effect of integrally leveling the floor is achieved; and meanwhile, an operator pulls the two secondplate bodies to enable the third plate body to move out of the second plate bodies, so that the floor flattening area is increased, and the floor leveling efficiency is improved. The integral levelingstructure of the fabricated floor is easy to operate, convenient to use and wide in applicability.
本发明公开了一种装配式地板的整体调平结构,包括四个固定块,四个所述固定块的内部均分别开设有第一滑槽和等距排列的限位槽,所述固定块的顶端处开设有第四通孔,所述第四通孔的内侧壁螺纹连接有杆体;在使用本装置时,通过同时转动四个杆体,使杆体带动两个第二板体向下移动,两个第二板体通过第三板体带动第一板体向下移动,使第一板体、第二板体和第三板体对地板进行压平,当第二板体带动支撑板触碰到限位板后,从而达到对地板整体调平的效果,同时操作人员通过拉动两个第二板体,使第三板体从第二板体的内部移动出,增加对地板压平的面积,提升对地板的调平效率,本装置操作简单,便于使用,适用性广泛。
