The device comprises a bottom plate; a vertical rod is connected to the top of the bottom plate through a bolt; the vertical rod is arranged at the position close to the left side of the bottom plate; a sliding pipe is arranged on the vertical rod; the sliding pipe can slide in the vertical direction of the verticalrod; a supporting rod is welded to the outer wall of the sliding pipe; a main frame rod is arranged at the end, away from the sliding pipe, of the supporting rod; the main frame rod is perpendicular to the supporting rod; and more than two supporting components are assembled on the main frame rod. After the device is adopted to fix a window frame, no support is arranged between the outer side of the window frame and a window opening, so the space between the window frame and the window opening can be completely filled concrete, and after complete filling of the concrete, the leakage probability can be effectively reduced.
