The invention discloses a working method of a simple suspender switching and fixing device of a building scaffold. The simple suspender switching and fixing device comprises a controllable fixing system and a manual adjusting device. The controllable fixing system is divided into two parts, namely a first separable sleeve structure and a second separable sleeve structure. The first separable sleeve structure and the second separable sleeve structure are both arranged on the two sides of the manual adjusting device. Z-shaped fixing pieces are arranged on the first separable sleeve structure andthe second separable sleeve structure respectively, and connecting and fixing steps are arranged on the Z-shaped fixing pieces. Linear connecting through holes and arc-shaped connecting through holesare formed in the Z-shaped fixing pieces. An integrated connecting rod and a stable fixed connecting rod are arranged on the side, close to a manual switching device, of each Z-shaped fixing piece. According to the working method of the simple suspender switching and fixing device of the building scaffold, the connection stability between connecting pieces is improved, the connection operation time is saved, the working efficiency is improved, and the working danger coefficient caused by unsuccessful connection between the connecting pieces is reduced.
