The invention discloses a clamping and positioning mechanism capable of multidirectional adjustment for constructional engineering. The clamping and positioning mechanism comprises a fixed motor, a positioning mechanism, a connecting clamping block, a transmission rod, a clamping shaft, a support plate, a limiting shaft and a connecting base, wherein the fixed motor which is used for transmissionis fixedly connected to the back end surface of the positioning mechanism. According to the clamping and positioning mechanism, the positioning mechanism is arranged, so that the whole positioning mechanism can be driven to rotate by the fixed motor during adjustment, and the speed and efficiency of subsequent adjustment of the transverse angle of the support plate are improved; additionally, a limiting mechanism can be driven to rotate back and forth outside a support shaft by a connecting motor, so that a connecting lantern ring can be driven to move back and forth outside the support shaftby the limiting mechanism, the longitudinal angle of the support plate is adjusted by the connecting lantern ring through the transmission rod, and the adjusting efficiency and accuracy are improved;and additionally, the adjustment of the transverse angle does not conflict with that of the longitudinal angle, and a user can conduct adjustment by self as required, so that the overall adaptive performance of the device is improved.
