The water draining transition pipeline comprises a transversely-arranged pipeline body, wherein the left end and the rightend of the pipeline body are bent downwards in an arc shape, U-shaped bent pipes are assembled at the two ends of the pipeline body, and speed reducing pipes are installed at the ends, away from the pipeline body, of the U-shaped bent pipes; rubber folding pipes are assembled between the upper ends of the speed reducing pipes and a butted drain pipe, and hoops are cooperatively arranged between the rubber folding pipes and the speed reducing pipes and between the rubber folding pipes and the drain pipe correspondingly; and a connecting pipe is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the pipeline body. According to the device, the speed reducing pipes bear impact of drained water, during impact, the impact force of the water can be buffered through multiple conical cups, water draining grooves in the adjacent conical cups are designed in a staggered mode, it is guaranteed that the drained water is in contact with the conical cups at least once, then the effective speed reducing effect is achieved, and pipeline breakage caused by the too high water draining speed is avoided.
