The invention discloses a fireproofing door. The fireproofing door comprises a door plate and a fireproofing layer coating the surface of the door plate, wherein the fireproofing layer comprises a first fireproofing layer, a second fireproofing layer and a third fireproofing layer; the first fireproofing layer is prepared by mixing 10 parts of fly ash floating beads, 20 parts of clay and 40 partsof mullite (wherein the content of aluminum oxide after mixing is greater than 30%), then adding 30 parts of an inorganic binder and carrying out full mixing; the second fireproofing layer is preparedby mixing 30 parts of high-saw clinker, 15 parts of silicon dioxide-containing clay and 50 parts of mullite (wherein the content of aluminum oxide after mixing is greater than 90%), adding 30 parts of the inorganic binder and carrying out full mixing; and the third fireproofing layer is prepared by filling 92 parts of silicon carbide, 18 parts of chromium trioxide and 1.5 parts of antioxidant silicon powder, then adding 8.5 parts of a phosphate binder and carrying out full mixing. Compared with the prior art, the fireproofing door of the invention is good in reliability.
本发明公开了一种耐火材料门,其包括门板和涂设于所述门板表面的耐火材料层,耐火材料层包括:所述第一耐火材料层:粉煤灰漂珠10份与粘土20份以及莫来石40份混合,混合后的三氧化二铝含量大于30%,然后添加30份无机粘结剂,充分混合制成;第二耐火材料层:高锯熟料30份与含有二氧化硅的粘土15份以及莫来石50份混合,混合后的三氧化二铝含量大于90%,然后添加30份无机粘结剂,充分混合制成;第三耐火材料层:碳化硅92份、三氧化硌18份以及抗氧化剂硅粉1.5份充合,再加8.5份磷酸盐类粘结剂,充分混合制成。与相关技术相比,本发明的耐火材料门可靠性好。
