The invention discloses a jacking construction method for a broken pier of a T-shaped rigid frame bridge based on zero stress increment, which comprises the following steps of selecting a pier cross section along a pier to be cut off, and respectively arranging a first side pier crossing jack and a second side pier crossing jack on two sides of a support in a symmetrical manner; arranging a firstspan near-pier jack and a second span near-pier jack symmetrically; and after a first span main beam control section of the first span main beam and a second span main beam control section of the second span main beam are symmetrically arranged at the edge of the pier, cutting off, jacking, lapping and pouring the pier. According to the method, jacking of the broken pier of the T-shaped rigid frame bridge based on zero stress increment can be achieved, the structure is simple, operation is safe, and engineering implementation is facilitated.
本发明公开了一种基于零应力增量的T型刚构桥断墩顶升施工方法,其中:选择沿要截断的桥墩的桥墩截断面,以对称方式分别于支座两侧设置第一跨边墩处千斤顶和第二跨边墩处千斤顶;以对称方式分别设置第一跨近桥墩处千斤顶和第二跨近桥墩处千斤顶;以对称方式于距离桥墩边缘设置第一跨主梁的第一跨主梁控制截面和第二跨主梁的第二跨主梁控制截面后进行桥墩的截断、顶升、搭接和浇筑操作。本发明提供方法可实现基于零应力增量的T型刚构桥断墩顶升,结构简单,操作安全,便于工程实施。
