The invention relates to a deviated pile processing method. The deviated pile processing method comprises the following steps that step 1, completeness of deviated piles is judged, the piles are divided into piles I, piles II and piles III through a low-strain reflection wave method, the piles I are piles without pile body defects, the piles II are piles with basically complete pile bodies, and the piles III are piles with incomplete pile bodies; step 2, the piles I and the piles II of which the deviation values are not greater than 1/20 of the thickness of the muddy soil layer are selected; and step 3, foundation bottom plates with the thickness not smaller than 400mm are arranged at the tops of the piles, and the horizontal thrust of the deviated piles is resisted. According to the deviated pile processing method, the foundation bottom plates with the thickness not smaller than 400mm are arranged at the tops of the deviated piles of which the deviation values are not larger than 1/20of the thickness of the mucky soil layer, the rigidity of the foundation bottom plates is used for resisting the horizontal thrust of the deviated piles, no special process is needed for the deviatedpiles of which the deviation values are not larger than 1/20 of the thickness of the mucky soil layer, and good popularization prospects are achieved.
