When a concrete structure is still in a viscous state after being poured and tamped, the waterproof coiled material is laid on the surface of the concrete, so that the waterproof coiled material and the concrete are solidified together, and the waterproof coiled material and the structure are integrated; and when flush joint construction is adopted, after the strength is realized, the waterproof coiled material is overlaid at the position of a flush joint, and hot welding or bonding is conducted.
