Method for fixing water-stop steel plate
The invention discloses a method for fixing a water-stop steel plate. The two side edges of the water-stop steel plate in the length direction are bent to form a groove. The method for fixing the water-stop steel plate comprises the following steps that S1, a bent steel bar is welded to the water-stop steel plate, and a straight section of the bent steel bar is welded to the water-stop steel plate; S2, the groove of the water-stop steel plate is placed towards the upstream face; and S3, a bent section of the bent steel bar is welded to a steel bar on a structure. The water-stop steel plate isfixed in the structure through the bent steel bar, so that the water-stop steel plate is firmly fixed, and the problems that in the general construction process, the water-stop steel plate is inaccurate in positioning and prone to skewing are solved; and meanwhile, waste steel bars on a construction site are utilized, and the cost is saved to a certain degree.
本发明公开了一种止水钢板的固定方法,止水钢板沿长度方向的两个侧边弯折后形成一凹槽,止水钢板的固定方法包括如下步骤:S1、将弯折钢筋与止水钢板焊接,其中,弯折钢筋的平直段与止水钢板焊接;S2、将止水钢板的凹槽朝向迎水面放置;S3、将弯折钢筋的弯折段与构筑物上的钢筋焊接。通过一弯折钢筋将止水钢板固定在构筑物中,实现了止水钢板的牢固固定,解决了一般施工过程中止水钢板定位不准,容易偏移的问题,同时也利用了施工现场的废料钢筋,一定程度上节约了成本。
