By means of the specially-arranged water accumulation pipe structure, water permeating below floor tiles and stored in a waterproof protection layer can be continuously and slowly collected and drained through the sewer pipes, and the problems that a toilet is prone to moisture, even due to long-time water accumulation,the waterproof layer is leaked, a partition wall body is affected with damp, and unnecessary building damage and decoration losses are caused are solved.
