The invention relates to the technical field of buildings, and discloses a noise reduction structure for a building outer wall. The noise reduction structure comprises a mounting frame, a protective plate and a fixing frame, a clamping groove is formed in the upper surface of the mounting frame, a clamping block is fixedly connected to the lower surface of the mounting frame, and a mounting grooveis formed in the front face of the mounting frame; and a sound absorption cotton plate, a damping noise reduction layer, a honeycomb noise reduction plate and a rock wool plate are sequentially arranged in the mounting groove from inside to outside, and the protective plate is in threaded connection with the mounting frame through fixing bolts. According to the noise reduction structure for the building outer wall, through the arrangement of the sound absorption cotton plate, the damping noise reduction layer, the honeycomb noise reduction plate and the rock wool plate, in the external noisetransmission process, primary noise reduction is conducted through the rock wool plate, and then external noise enters the honeycomb noise reduction plate, is transmitted to sound guide holes throughsound absorption grooves and then is transmitted into noise reduction grooves; and noise is mutually transmitted in the noise reduction grooves and sound guide pipes to be reduced, part of the noise enters the damping noise reduction layer, and the purpose of efficient vibration and noise reduction can be achieved by combining a small amount of damping materials in the damping noise reduction layer.
