The invention relates to an aluminum alloy formwork variable cross-section construction process, in particular to a rear plug piece type variable cross-section aluminum alloy formwork construction method. According to the construction method, a standard plug sheet type aluminum alloy component is machined, when a wall standard formwork is installed, a plug sheet is post-positioned and fixed through a pin, thus the problem of wall section size changes is solved, the construction period is effectively shortened, the secondary machining and transportation expenses of the aluminum formwork are reduced, and the construction cost is reduced. According to a traditional aluminum alloy formwork variable cross-section construction technology, when the size of the cross section of a wall body is reduced and the clearance size of a room is increased, each changed wall body formwork needs to be replaced with a corresponding plate, so that the requirement of a design drawing is met; and in this way,the area of the formwork is greatly increased, labor and material waste is caused, and the construction cost is increased. By the adoption of the rear plug piece type variable cross-section aluminumalloy formwork construction technology, the problems are successfully solved, the construction efficiency is improved, time is saved, the cost is reduced, and the construction quality of the aluminumalloy formwork is guaranteed.
本发明涉及铝合金模板变截面施工工艺,具体为后塞片式变截面铝合金模板施工方法。该方法通过加工标准型塞片式铝合金构件,在墙体标准模板安装时,后置放入塞片,并用销钉固定,从而解决墙体截面尺寸变化的难题,有效缩短了施工工期,减少了铝模板二次加工及运输费用,降低了施工成本。按照传统铝合金模板变截面施工技术,当墙体截面尺寸缩减,房间的净空尺寸增大时,每道有变化的墙体模板均需要更换相应的板块,以符合设计图纸的要求;这样就大大增加了模板面积,造成了人工和材料浪费,加大了施工成本。采用后塞片式变截面铝合金模板施工技术,成功解决了上述问题,不但提高了施工效率,节约时间,减少成本,还保证了铝合金模板施工质量。
