The invention discloses a formwork supporting method for a settlement joint wall in a narrow space of a high-rise building. The method comprises the following steps that inner and outer side wood formworks are manufactured, kraft paper is adhered to the inner side surfaces and smeared with grease, wood prisms are mounted on the outer side surfaces, and bolt holes are symmetrically formed; the inner and outer side wood formworks are hoisted, the outer side wood formwork is placed on a supporting block reserved on the outer side of the settlement joint wall body, the outer side wood formwork isattached to the outer side of a steel bar frame, the inner side wood formwork is fixed to the inner side of the steel bar frame, and the inner and outer side wood formworks are fixed through bolts; transverse square steel keel prisms are installed on the outer sides of the wood prisms of the inner and outer side wood formworks in an attached mode, and the inner side wood formwork is fixedly supported through an inclined supporting column; and the tops and the two ends of the inner and outer side wood formworks are connected in a clamped mode through fastening clamping pieces, and supporting wood piles are inserted between the outer side wood formwork and a poured wall at intervals. According to the method, the wooden formworks are adopted and can be recycled, resource consumption is reduced, the smoothness of the wall is ensured, water can be prevented, and the formworks are prevented from being stressed and deformed in the concrete pouring process.
