The invention relates to a pouring system and method for a prefabricated concrete structure. The pouring system involves slurry injecting heads, slurry outlet heads and a plurality of long-strip-shaped rubber-plastic sponges, wherein the rubber-plastic sponges can fill joints and define a grouting layer space in a surrounding mode; one ends of the slurry injecting heads and one ends of the slurryoutlet heads extend into the grouting layer space from the rubber-plastic sponges correspondingly, the other ends of the slurry injecting heads communicate with an external vertical slurry injecting pipe, and the other ends of the slurry outlet heads communicate with external vertical indicating pipes; and steel wire ropes are arranged on the sides, far away from the grouting layer space, of the rubber-plastic sponges, are attached to the outer side faces of the rubber-plastic sponges and can be tightened through winding mechanisms so as to limit the rubber-plastic sponges to move towards thedirection far away from the grouting layer space.
