The invention provides a clean room suspended ceiling maintenance method. The maintenance method is convenient, simple, low in manpower consumption and high in installation efficiency. A color steel plate to be maintained and a connecting component at a corresponding position are taken out from the suspended ceiling through cutting, a color steel plate used for replacement is connected with a special hanging beam and placed in a notch reserved when the color steel plate to be maintained is detached, and the special hanging beam is fixed through a mounting component. The special hanging beam comprises a connecting part used for being connected with the mounting component, a fixed part used for being connected with the color steel plate and a mounting part used for containing a color steel plate keel, and the mounting part is in an L shape.
