The invention discloses a carpet-imitated flocking LVT floor and a production method thereof. The carpet-imitated flocking LVT floor sequentially comprises a flocking layer, an adhesive layer; and a bottom layer. The production method comprises the following steps that shading is printed on the bottom layer through a shading roller; printing flocking gluing surface lines on the bottom layer through a surface line roller; coating an adhesive on the bottom layer through an adhesive coating roller to form the adhesive layer; orderly arranging fluff on the adhesive layer according to the directionof an electric field under the action of high-voltage static electricity; and drying and brushing to obtain the carpet-imitated flocking LVT floor. After preparation and production by the method, corresponding deep processing treatment such as spraying decoration, embossing, gold stamping, sand washing and the like can be performed on the product in the later period according to different customer requirements, so that the product has better visual impact, touch hand feeling and higher economic value. Meanwhile, when a dry bottom product is used as a wallboard, the dry bottom product can be directly fixed by nails, the fluff layer is arranged on the surface of the dry bottom product, the dry bottom product can be directly fixed by the nails after fluffs are pushed aside, the nails are noteasy to find, and the carpet-imitated flocking LVT floor has the advantages of various mounting modes and preparation modes.
本发明公开一种仿地毯植绒LVT地板及其生产方法，从上至下依次包括：植绒层；粘合剂层；底层。生产方法包括以下步骤：通过底纹辊将底纹印于底层；通过面纹辊将植绒涂胶面纹印于底层；通过涂胶辊在所述底层涂覆粘合剂，形成粘合剂层；通过高压静电作用，将绒毛按电场方向有序排列在所述粘合层上；干燥、刷毛，得到所述仿地毯植绒LVT地板。该方法制备生产完后可根据不同客户需求，后期可在此产品上进行相应的喷花、压花、烫金、砂洗等深加工处理，令产品更好的视觉冲击、触摸手感以及更高的经济价值。同时，如干底产品做墙板时，可以直接用钉子固定，因其表面是绒毛层，拨开绒毛后直接钉子固定，也不易发现，具有安装方式多样，制备方式多样等优点。
