The invention relates to a preparation method of a cement superplasticizer, which uses cement superplasticizer preparation equipment, the cement superplasticizer preparation equipment comprises a baseand a drying device, and the drying device is arranged on the upper surface of the base. According to the invention, the following problems existing in the preparation of the lignosulfonate water reducing agent at present are solved: when lignosulfonate water reducing agent liquid sprayed by a spraying device is subjected to drying treatment, the crystallized lignosulfonate water reducing agent formed after drying is not scraped and collected in time; the accumulation of crystallized water reducing agent is too thick, which affects the drying effect of subsequent water reducing agent liquid,the dried crystallized water reducing agent is directly collected without being ground and crushed again, so that the mixing effect of the water reducing agent and the concrete is influenced during use due to overlarge crystallized water reducing agent particles, therefore, the two components cannot be fully mixed, and the effect of the water reducing agent cannot be exerted.
本发明涉及一种水泥高效减水剂制备方法,其使用了一种水泥高效减水剂制备设备,该水泥高效减水剂制备设备包括底座与干燥装置,底座上表面设置有干燥装置。本发明可以解决目前对于木质素磺酸酸盐减水剂进行制备时,存在以下问题:对于通过喷雾装置喷洒出来的木质素磺酸盐减水剂液体进行干燥处理时,没有及时的对干燥后形成的结晶木质素磺酸盐减水剂进行刮起收集,导致结晶的减水剂积累过厚影响后续的液体减水剂的干燥效果,而且对于干燥后的结晶减水剂没有再次进行研磨破碎就直接进行收集,这样会由于结晶减水剂颗粒过大,在使用时影响减水剂与混凝土的混合效果,使得二者不能够充分混合,造成减水剂的效果发挥不出来问题的出现。
