The special bonding mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 40-60parts of cement, 0.5-10 part of latex powder, 0.5-1 part of a water-retaining thickening material and 30-50 parts of sand particles coated with a corrosion inhibitor. The invention further discloses apreparation method of the special bonding mortar for the stainless steel plate for the prefabricated building. According to the special bonding mortar for the stainless steel plate, through the technology that the sand particles are coated with the corrosion inhibitor, the adsorption performance of the corrosion inhibitor and the steel plate is remarkably improved, the adsorption area of the corrosion inhibitor and the surface of the steel plate is increased, damage of chloride ions and the like to the surface of the steel plate is effectively avoided, and the service life of the steel plateis prolonged to a large extent.
