Method for preparing sintered ceramic water-permeable brick from steel slag
The invention provides a method for preparing a sintered ceramic water permeable brick by using steel slag, which is mainly used for preparing the sintered ceramic water permeable brick by using steelslag and lithium tailings as raw materials, and the sintered ceramic water permeable brick is obtained by aging, semi-dry pressing, drying and sintering 10-90 parts of steel slag, 3-6 parts of water,5-10 parts of lithium tailings and 5-10 parts of binder. After aging, semi-dry pressing, drying, and firing, sintered ceramic water-permeable bricks are obtained. The method has a short process flow,the utilization rate of the steel slag is high, kiln waste heat of a steel mill is utilized in production, energy is saved, the production cost is low, the prepared water permeable brick is high in strength, and the frost resistance meets the D35 requirement.
本发明提供一种利用钢渣制备烧结陶瓷透水砖方法,主要是利用钢渣及锂尾矿为原料的制备烧结陶瓷透水砖,采用10~90份的钢渣,3~6份的水,5~10份的锂尾矿,5~10份粘结剂经陈腐,半干压成型,干燥,烧成得到烧结陶瓷透水砖,该方法工艺流程短,钢渣的利用率高,生产中利用钢厂的窑炉余热,节能,生产成本低,制备得透水砖强度高,抗冻性满足D35要求。
