The device comprises a film covering device chamber, a plastic adjusting chamber is arranged on the left wall face ofan inner cavity of the film covering device chamber, a plastic pushing telescopic rod is arranged on the left wall face of an inner cavity of the plastic adjusting chamber, a plastic pushing block isarranged on the right end face of the plastic pushing telescopic rod, and the left wall of the inner cavity of the plastic adjusting chamber is provided with a plastic adjustment motor. According to the film covering device, film covering can be conducted on the bridge pier from bottom to top, and the bridge pier film covering device is provided with a power system, so that movement can be conducted without an external power traction device, and large equipment such as a crane does not need to be used, and equipment investment is reduced; the size of the center ring can be adjusted according to the size of the pier so as to adapt to more piers, multiple pieces of plastic can be carried during film covering so as to replace the plastic in the film covering process, and thus the film covering time is saved; and air is blown to the plastic in the film covering process, so that the plastic can evenly cover the pier, and bubbles are reduced, and plastic on the upper portion of the pier canbe pressed after film covering is completed.
