According to the efficient energy-saving and environment-friendly road garbage cleaning vehicle, through arrangement of the cleaning motor, efficient energy-saving and environment-friendly road garbage cleaning vehicle has the effect of automatically cleaning garbage on the road surface, and through cooperative arrangement of the driving gear, the firstgear, the first cleaning block, the bristles, the auxiliary gear, the second gear, the second cleaning block and the first motor, the garbage on the road surface can be automatically cleaned; and in the using process, garbage on the road surface can be swept and sucked into the storage box, and therefore purposes of saving manpower and improving the working efficiency are achieved.
