The invention discloses a ship flexible interception anti-collision system based on dampers. The ship flexible interception anti-collision system comprises flexible steel pipe piles and an interception mechanism. The interception mechanism comprises buoyancy tanks, a main buoy, auxiliary buoys and spring dampers. The buoyancy tanks and the main buoy are connected with anchorages fixed on the seabed through anchor chains. The buoyancy tanks, the main buoy and the auxiliary buoys are connected through cables to form an intercepting net. The buoyancy tanks are arranged on the flexible steel pipepiles in a sleeving mode. Corresponding signal collecting and transmitting devices are arranged between inner plates and outer plates of tank bodies. Energy dissipation blocks are arranged at the bottoms of the main buoy and the auxiliary buoys. The spring dampers are installed at the two ends of the cables among the buoyancy tanks, the main buoy and the auxiliary buoys, and openings are formed inpiston rods of the spring dampers and used for connecting the cables with the buoyancy tank and the buoys.
