The invention belongs to the technical field of cast-in-place pile construction, and particularly relates to a post-grouting construction method for the post-inserted reinforcement cage pile bottom ofa cast-in-place concrete pile. The post-grouting construction method comprises the following specific steps that (1) a reinforcement cage is manufactured, and a grouting pipe is bound and fixed on the reinforcement cage; (2) a pile casing is embedded in the pile position, and then a drilling machine is used for drilling a soil layer to obtain a pile hole; (3) concrete grout is poured into the pile hole to manufacture a concrete pile; (4) before initial setting of the concrete pile, the reinforcement cage bound with the grouting pipe is inserted into the concrete pile; (5) a geological drilling machine is used for penetrating through the bottom of the grouting pipe, the bottom of the concrete pile is drilled, and the grouting pipe is dredged with water; and (6) grouting is carried out on the bottom of the concrete pile by using the grouting pipe. Compared with an existing construction mode of firstly inserting the reinforcement cage and then pouring the concrete, the mode of firstly pouring the concrete and then inserting the reinforcement cage is adopted, and the bearing effect of a poured pile body can be improved.
