The invention discloses a vertical pile hole inner wall rotary anchor spraying device. The rotary anchor spraying device comprises a main grouting pipe (1), branch grouting pipes (2), a bearing (3) and a grout storage tank (4), wherein the end part of a grouting hose is connected with one end of the bearing; the bearing can rotate relative to the main grouting pipe; the other end of the bearing isfixedly connected with the grout storage tank, so that the grout storage tank can synchronously rotate with the bearing; the grout storage tank communicates with the lower portion of the end part ofthe main grouting pipe through the bearing; the multiple branch grouting pipes are arranged on the grout storage tank at intervals and communicate with the grout storage tank; the multiple branch grouting pipes are obliquely arranged on the periphery of the grout storage tank; and the inclination directions of the multiple branch grouting pipes are consistent. According to the invention, anchor spraying pressure is formed in a concrete grout spraying process through the multiple branch grout spraying pipes which are equally divided and obliquely arranged, so that the branch grouting pipes, thebearing and the grout storage tank are driven to rotate synchronously; uniform anchor spraying of the inner wall of a hole can be ensured only by uniformly controlling the descending speed, and external force is not needed for driving rotation, so that anchor spraying operation of the inner wall of the pile hole is more efficient and convenient; and the device is simple in structure, convenient to manufacture and low in cost.
本发明公开了一种垂直桩孔内壁旋转喷锚装置，包括注浆主管(1)、注浆支管(2)、轴承(3)和储浆罐(4)；注浆软管的端部与轴承的一端连接，且轴承能相对注浆主管转动；轴承的另一端与储浆罐固定连接，使储浆罐能与轴承同步转动，且储浆罐通过轴承连通在注浆主管的端部下方；若干根注浆支管分别间隔设置在储浆罐上并与储浆罐连通，若干根注浆支管斜向布置在储浆罐的四周，且若干根注浆支管的倾斜方向一致。本发明通过若干根等分斜向设置的喷浆支管在混凝土浆料喷射过程中形成喷锚压力，从而带动注浆支管、轴承和储浆罐同步旋转，只需均匀的控制下降速度就能确保孔洞内壁均匀喷锚，无需外力驱动旋转，使桩孔内壁喷锚作业更高效、便捷，结构简单、制作方便、成本低。
