The method comprises the following steps: step I, performing water intercepting gutter construction; step II, performing measuring and setting out; step III, performing safety protection facility construction of anchoring pile openings: constructing an annular water intercepting and draining ditch, locking openings and a color steel tile rain-proof shed; step IV, performing hole digging construction; step V, performing wall protection formwork mounting and wall protectionconcrete pouring: specifically, mounting prefabricated wall protection formworks, and pouring a protection wall according to designed wall protection parameters; step VI, sealing the bottoms of finalholes; step VII, performing steel bar engineering: specifically, putting steel bars which are machined to be qualified into the pile holes, manufacturing and mounting a steel bar cage, and burying a sounding pipe in each pile hole; step VIII, performing pile body concrete pouring: specifically, performing concrete layered pouring and concrete layered vibrating of pile bodies; and step IX, performing retaining wall panel assembling and wall back backfilling: specifically, clamping retaining wall panels in clamping grooves of the piles. The anchoring pile construction method solves the problemsthat an existing pre-reinforced pile construction method is poor in anchoring effect and low in safety and reliability.
