The invention provides a well-point dewatering device and an operation method thereof. The well-point dewatering device comprises a dewatering well, an air extracting/injecting pipeline communicatingwith the dewatering well, a water discharging pipe communicating with the dewatering well and an air extracting/injecting device arranged outside the dewatering well, wherein one end of the air extracting/injecting pipeline is arranged in the dewatering well, the other end of the air extracting/injecting pipeline is connected with the air extracting/injecting device, one end of the water discharging pipe is arranged at the bottom of the dewatering well, the other end of the water discharging pipe is arranged outside the dewatering well, an underground water seepage device is arranged on the side wall of the dewatering well, the underground water seepage device communicates with the dewatering well through a seepage one-way valve, and the seepage one-way valve is opened when the air extracting/injecting device extracts air and is closed when the air extracting/injecting device injects air. By the adoption of the technical scheme, collection and drainage of underground water can be accelerated.
本发明提供了一种井点降水装置及其运行方法,上述井点降水装置包括降水井、与所述降水井相连通的抽/注气管道、与所述降水井相连通的排水管及设置于所述降水井外的抽/注气装置,所述抽/注气管道的一端设置于所述降水井内,另一端与所述抽/注气装置相连接,所述排水管的一端设置于所述降水井底部,另一端设置于所述降水井外部,所述降水井的侧壁上设置有地下水渗流装置,且所述地下水渗流装置通过渗流单向阀与所述降水井相连通,所述渗流单向阀在所述抽/注气装置抽气时打开,注气时关闭。采用本发明的技术方案,可以加快地下水的收集和排出。
