Fabricated closed conduit and construction process thereof
The invention discloses a fabricated closed conduit and a construction process thereof. The construction process comprises the steps that after a bottom sliding rail and a lateral supporting sliding rail are buried in the bottom and the side face of a preset hole correspondingly; the closed conduit composed of a bottom plate, a lateral mounting plate and a top cover plate is hoisted to a supporting sliding block; a first supporting air cylinder and a second supporting air cylinder are installed at the top of the supporting sliding block and can drive the whole closed conduit to ascend and descend, so that the closed conduit is higher than the plane of the bottom of the reserved hole before moving; and a ball screw is driven by a driving motor to rotate so as to drive the closed conduit tointegrally move, after reaching the preset position, the closed conduit is descended to the bottom plane of the reserved hole so that the closed conduit can be installed in the reserved hole without being hoisted.
本发明公开了一种装配式暗渠及其施工工艺，通过在预设洞口的底部和侧面分别埋设好所述底部滑轨和所述侧向支撑滑轨后，将所述底板、所述侧向安装板和所述顶部盖板组成的暗渠吊装到所述支撑滑块上，所述支撑滑块的顶部安装有第一支撑气缸和所述第二支撑气缸，可对暗渠整体进行升降驱动，使得在移动前暗渠高于预留洞口底部的平面，通过所述驱动电机驱动所述滚珠丝杆转动，带动暗渠进行整体移动，并在到达预设位置后将暗渠降至预留洞口的底部平面，从而使得暗渠在预留洞口内无需进行吊装，即可对暗渠进行安装。
