The invention discloses a prefabricated built-in corrugated steel plate reinforced concrete composite shear wall and a construction process. The prefabricated built-in corrugated steel plate reinforced concrete composite shear wall comprises end columns and a shear wall body between the end columns; the end columns are square concrete-filled steel tube end columns and are formed by filling steel tubes with concrete; the shear wall body comprises corrugated steel plates, steel lacing bars, concrete and horizontal butt joint steel plates; the corrugated steel plates are made of low-yield-point high-ductility steel or high-strength high-ductility steel, the steel lacing bars are welded to the side surfaces of the corrugated steel plates to form a steel skeleton of the shear wall body, and steel pipes are welded on the two sides of the steel skeleton of the shear wall body to form a steel skeleton of a composite wall; and concrete is poured on the steel skeleton of the composite wall in situ to form the built-in corrugated steel plate reinforced concrete composite wall. According to the composite wall, the advantages of high lateral rigidity and bearing efficiency of the shear wall body with the built-in corrugated steel plates are combined with the advantage of good anti-seismic property of the concrete-filled steel tubular columns, structural assembly is achieved, and the assembly speed of components is increased.
本发明公开了一种预制式内置波纹钢板增强混凝土组合剪力墙及施工工艺,包括端柱和所述端柱之间的剪力墙;所述端柱为方形钢管混凝土端柱,由钢管内填充混凝土而成;所述剪力墙包括波纹钢板、钢缀条、混凝土和水平对接钢板;所述波纹钢板采用低屈服点高延性钢材或高强度高延性钢材;所述钢缀条焊接于所述波纹钢板侧表面形成剪力墙的钢骨架;在所述剪力墙的钢骨架两侧焊接钢管形成组合墙的钢骨架;在所述组合墙的钢骨架上现场浇筑混凝土形成内置波纹钢板增强混凝土组合墙。本发明提出的组合墙将内置波纹钢板剪力墙侧向刚度和承载效率高的优势与钢管混凝土柱抗震性能好的优势相结合,并实现了结构的装配化,提高了构件的装配速度。
