The invention provides a detachable access hole structure of an assembly type suspended ceiling. The detachable access hole structure comprises a suspended ceiling plate and an overhead door, an access hole is formed in the suspended ceiling plate, the overhead door is hinged into the access hole, rotating shafts are symmetrically arranged on the opposite side faces of the overhead door, the rotating shafts are connected into a sliding groove in the side wall of the access hole in a sliding mode, and the structure of the sliding groove is in an L shape; and the sliding groove comprises a firstrail and a second rail, the first rail extends inwards from the bottom face of the suspended ceiling plate, the second rail is perpendicular to the first rail, and the overhead door is fixedly installed on the suspended ceiling plate through a lock catch mechanism. According to the detachable access hole structure of the assembly type suspended ceiling, the overhead door can be rapidly disassembled and assembled, and interference of a hinge structure of the overhead door on maintenance work is avoided.
