The invention relates to a prefabricated panel and a concentric-square-shaped production line. The prefabricated panel comprises a first wall body and a second wall body, wherein exposed reinforcing steel bars are reserved when the first wall body is poured, inserting grooves are formed in the side wall, close to the first wall body, of the second wall body, and pre-buried pipes cooperating with the exposed reinforcing steel bars in an inserting mode are arranged on the inserting grooves. Reserved reinforcing steel bars on the first wall body are inserted into the pre-buried pipes to be positioned, so that the prefabricated panel is formed in a cooperating mode, overturning equipment is not needed for overturning during production of the prefabricated panel, the labor intensity is reduced,time is saved, and the problem that the production efficiency of the prefabricated panel is low is solved.
