The construction method specifically comprises the following steps of concrete cushion construction, steel fiberreinforced concrete construction and wear-resistant surface layer construction, wherein the concrete cushion construction sequentially comprises the following processes of, surveying the site, determining the elevation, manufacturing a formwork, wetting the site before concrete pouring, self-discharging concrete, assisting in leveling by laser equipment, holding a vibrating scraper by hand for vibrating, carrying out slurry lifting and polishing treatment by a polishing machine, paying off on the next day for joint cutting, and maintaining; steel fiber reinforced concrete is laid on the concrete cushion layer, and steel fiber reinforced concrete construction sequentially comprises the following processes of formwork erecting, laser emitter installing, steel fiber reinforced concrete pouring, manual auxiliary flattening, laser leveling, hardening agent construction and joint filling; and the wear-resistant surface layer construction is carried out. The terrace constructed through the method is not prone to cracking, the surface is compact and smooth, the color is uniform and consistent, and the phenomena of sand holes and flaking are avoided.
