The invention relates to a slurry spreading mechanism and slurry spreading equipment. The slurry spreading mechanism comprises a rack, a leveling structure and a hopper, wherein the hopper is connected with the rack through the leveling structure, and the hopper is provided with a slurry homogenizing chamber with an open lower end; a rotating roller is arranged in the slurry homogenizing chamber;a driven gear is mounted on the hopper and is in transmission connection with the rotating roller; and a driving gear is installed on the rack in a floating mode so as to adapt to the position changeof the driven gear. As the driving gear can adapt to the position change of the driven gear, when the position of the driven gear changes due to vertical movement of the hopper, the position of the driving gear can correspondingly change in a floating mode, the driving gear is always kept at the position where the driving gear can be meshed with the driven gear, and therefore it can be guaranteedthat power is transmitted to the rotating roller. Through rotation of the rotating roller, the slurry can be uniformly distributed in the slurry homogenizing chamber, so that the slurry can be uniformly spread on the ground, the slurry spreading uniformity can be improved, and the problem of floor tile hollowing caused by manual slurry spreading is avoided.
