The invention is applicable to the field of constructional engineering, and provides a constructional engineering supporting device and bearing plate extension equipment. The constructional engineering supporting device comprises a mounting seat and a bearing plate arranged on one side of the mounting seat, the constructional engineering supporting device further comprises a supporting piece, a first cantilever, a second cantilever, an adjusting mechanism and a driving mechanism, wherein the supporting piece is arranged between the mounting seat and the bearing plate; the mounting seat is connected with the supporting piece through a bearing seat; the first cantilever and the second cantilever are arranged between the supporting piece and the mounting seat, and the first cantilever and thesecond cantilever are symmetrically arranged; the adjusting mechanism is arranged at the part, between the first cantilever and the second cantilever, of the mounting seat; and the driving mechanismcomprises a power part arranged on the side, away from the mounting seat, of the supporting piece. According to the constructional engineering supporting device and the bearing plate extension equipment, the driving mechanism and a transmission mechanism drive the first cantilever and the second cantilever to move reversely along the horizontal line to drive a support frame to move, so that the bearing plate is lifted.
