The equipment can be applied to a two-layer or multi-layer parking garage, the vehicles on the lower layer are lifted on the garage frame through the lifting mechanism, and then the vehicles on the upper layer are carried through the mechanical transverse moving structure, so that the vehicles are carried from the lifting mechanism to designated parking spaces to be stored; and the vehicles in the upper-layer parking spaces can also be carried to the lifting mechanism through the mechanical transverse moving structure to be taken, so that the whole vehicle storing and taking process only needs system operation, manual taking and placing are not needed, the full-intelligent operation is achieved, and the storing and taking efficiency is high.
