The system comprises a fixed frame, a front door, a rear door, a front door limiting rod, a rear door limiting rod, a first linkage device, a second linkage device, a front door lock and a rear door lock; the fixed frame is fixed on a door hole in a wall body; the fixed frame comprises an inlet and an outlet; the front door horizontally moves relative to the inlet through a supporting device; the rear door horizontally moves relative to the outlet through a supporting device; the front door limiting rod is arranged in the fixed frame; a front door limiting groove is formed in the front door; the rear door limiting rod is arranged in the fixed frame; a rear door limiting groove is formed in the rear door;when the front door is opened, the first linkage device drives the rear door limiting rod to be inserted into the rear door limiting groove; when the rear door is opened, the second linkage device drives the front door limiting rod to be inserted into the front door limiting groove; the front door lock is used for locking the front door and the fixed frame; and the rear door lock is used for locking the rear door and the fixed frame. The situation that the front door and the rear door are opened at the same time is avoided, and therefore a patient is prevented from running out of a room.
