The invention discloses a safe dustproof door and window. The safe dustproof door and window comprises a frame body with a sliding groove and at least two fan bodies arranged in the frame body and slidably connected with the frame body. The frame body comprises a bottom frame, a top frame arranged opposite to the bottom frame and frames connecting the bottom frame and the top frame, and a slidinggroove is formed in the bottom frame. The safe dustproof door and window further comprises a dustproof assembly arranged on the frame body. The dustproof assembly comprises a first rotating shaft, a plurality of dustproof plates and a driving assembly, wherein the first rotating shaft is parallel to the bottom frame and the end parts of the first rotating shaft are fixed to the two frames, the dustproof plates are arranged around the first rotating shaft and can rotate around the first rotating shaft, and the driving assembly is arranged in the sliding groove and correspondingly connected witha fan body and the first rotating shaft. When in use, the fan body slides along the sliding groove and drives the driving assembly to work, and the driving assembly drives the dustproof plates located at the front end of the fan body in the carry direction to rotate along the first rotating shaft. Compared with the related technology, the safe dustproof door and window are simple and reasonable in structure, and meanwhile, dust and impurities can be prevented from being accumulated in the sliding groove.
