The invention relates to the technical field of solid wood composite floor processing, and particularly discloses a high-stability solid wood composite floor base material processing method and a basematerial thereof. The floor base material processing method comprises the following steps that (1) materials are selected, (2) glue distribution and assembly are conducted, specifically, assembly isconducted in an odd-even symmetry mode with a core veneer as the center, the difference value between the water content of odd-number-layer wood veneers and the water content of even-number-layer woodveneers is 3%-5%, and the difference value between the water content of the odd-number-layer wood veneers and the core veneer is 3%-7%; and (3) cold pressing and hot pressing. According to the methodof the invention, the quality requirement that the moisture content of a plate blank is completely uniform is met by limiting the moisture content difference value of the adjacent plates, the problems that the manufactured floor is unstable and is prone to arching and cracking due to uneven moisture content are solved, and on the other hand, the cost is saved in the hot pressing process.
本发明涉及实木复合地板加工技术领域，具体公开了一种高稳定实木复合地板基材加工方法及其基材。该地板基材加工办法包含以下步骤：（1）选材（2）布胶、组坯：以芯板为中心，以奇偶对称的形式进行组坯，其中，所述奇数层木质单板的含水率与所述偶数层的木质单板的含水率差值为3%‑5%，所述奇数层木质单板的含水率与所述芯板的含水率差值为3%‑7%；（3）冷压、热压。本发明通过限定相邻板材的含水率差值，来达到板坯含水率完全均匀的质量要求，进而解决制成地板不稳定、容易因含水量不均匀而拱起开裂等问题，另一方面在热压过程中节约了成本。
