The invention discloses a preparation method of ultrahigh-toughness polymer mortar, and relates to the technical field of repair mortar. The ultrahigh-toughness polymer mortar is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 810-1050 parts of ordinary Portland cement, 130-270 parts of composite mineral admixture, 200-330 parts of water, 600-800 parts of quartz sand, 50-200 parts of composite additive and 13-45 parts of composite fiber, wherein the water-binder ratio is 0.31-0.44, and the binder-sand ratio is 0.7-0.9. The mortar prepared by the invention can effectively improve theinterface bonding force and anchoring force of repair mortar; meanwhile, early-stage and long-term shrinkage of the material is controlled, and cracking and disengaging are avoided.
