Novel wear-resistant ceramic material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a novel wear-resistant ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The novel wear-resistant ceramic material consists of an upper surface layer, a middle layer and a lower surface layer, the upper surface layer is made of layered double hydroxides (LDHs), [M<2+>0.8N<3+>0.2(OH)2][(NO3<->)0.2.6H2O]; the middle layer is made of zirconium oxide; the material of the lowersurface layer is layered double hydroxides (LDHs), [M<2+>0.8N<3+>0.2(OH)2][(NO3<->)0.2.6H2O]; and M<2+> is one of Sr<2+>, Mg<2+> and Ni<2+>, and N<3+> is one of Al<3+>, Ga<3+> and Cr<3+>. The preparation method comprises the following steps: burdening, ball-milling and mixing, plasticizing and granulating, dry-pressing and forming, glue discharging and pressureless sintering. The novel wear-resistant ceramic material has excellent wear resistance, thermal fatigue resistance, antibacterial property, high strength and fracture toughness.
