The invention provides spiral stirring type paving and material transferring equipment. The spiral stirring type paving and material transferring equipment comprises a rack, a plurality of material conveying rods, two hoppers and a plurality of motors; a material guide groove is longitudinally formed in the lower portion of the rack, the rear end of the guide groove extends out of the rear end ofthe rack, a connecting frame is arranged at the rear end of the rack, and a baffle is connected to the front end of the guide groove; a spiral piece is arranged on each material conveying rod, the rear end of each material conveying rod is rotationally arranged on the connecting frame, and the front end of each material conveying rod is rotationally arranged on the baffle; the two hoppers are arranged on the two sides of the part, extending out of the front end of the rack, of the material guide groove correspondingly and hinged to the two sides of the rack correspondingly; and the motors aredirectly or indirectly fixed to the connecting frame, and a main shaft of each motor is connected with the rear end of the corresponding material conveying rod through a coupler. According to the spiral stirring type paving and material transferring equipment, material leakage is avoided during material conveying, and the anti-segregation paving performance of the paver is improved; and meanwhile,materials can be extruded and stirred during material conveying, and segregation which has been generated is eliminated.
本发明提出一种螺旋搅拌式摊铺与物料转运设备，包括：机架、多个输料杆、两个料斗和多个马达；机架的下部纵向设置有导料槽，导料槽的后端伸出机架的后端，机架的后端设置有连接架，导料槽的前端连接有挡板；每个输料杆上均设置有螺旋片，输料杆的后端转动设置在连接架上，输料杆的前端转动设置在挡板上；两个料斗分别设置在导料槽伸出机架的前端部分的两侧，两个料斗分别铰接在机架的两侧；多个马达直接或间接固定在连接架上，每个马达的主轴分别与一个输料杆的后端通过联轴器相连接。本发明的螺旋搅拌式摊铺与物料转运设备在输料时不会产生漏料，提高了摊铺机抗离析摊铺性能，同时在输送物料时可以对物料进行挤压搅拌，消除已经产生的离析。
