The invention discloses an asphalt pavement repairing process in the technical field of asphalt pavement repairing processes. A mounting plate, a transmission mechanism, a cutting mechanism, a reversing mechanism and a stepping mechanism are included, the transmission mechanism is mounted on the upper end surface of the mounting plate, the cutting mechanism is mounted on the lower end surface of the mounting plate, and the stepping mechanism is mounted on the side surface of the mounting plate; and the reversing mechanism is installed between the transmission mechanism and the stepping mechanism. The problems that traffic is seriously influenced due to the fact that the whole lane needs to be closed when a pavement is maintained; some small devices need to participate in the whole processmanually, the edge is uneven, the repairing effect is poor, the service life after repairing is short due to the fact that workers push simple cutting machines to cut squares along the damaged pavement; and the labor cost is large, much time is consumed, the repair effect is unsatisfied and the service life is short due to the fact a next procedure after cutting cannot be implemented unless a hammer or a chisel is used for crushing and then damaged pavement is removed are solved.

本发明公开了沥青路面修复工艺技术领域的一种沥青路面修复工艺，包括安装板，包括传动机构，切割机构，换向机构和步进机构，传动机安装在安装板上端面，切割机构安装在安装板下端面，步进机构安装在安装板侧面，换向机构安装在传动机构和步进机构中间，解决了维修路面时通常需要封闭整个一条车道严重影响交通通行，还有些小型设备需要人工全程参与，切割过程中让工人使用简单的切割机推行沿着破损路面边切割方形，切割过程中容易造成边缘不平，修补效果差，修复后使用寿命低，切割后再用锤子或凿子进行破碎，再将破损路面进行移除，继而进行下道工序，从而造成人工成本大耗时高效率低且修复效果差使用寿命低的问题。
