The invention discloses a water conservancy flap valve, and relates to the technical field of water conservancy projects. The water conservancy flap valve comprises a flap valve body, a fixing plate,a sealing cover, a sealing groove and a sealing ring, wherein the outer wall of the flap valve body is fixedly connected with the outer wall of the fixing plate, the inner wall of the sealing cover isconnected to the outer wall of the flap valve body in a clamped mode, the center of the back surface of the sealing cover is provided with the sealing groove, and the sealing ring is adhered to the interior of the sealing groove. According to the water conservancy flap valve, a plurality of bolts penetrate through bolt holes to fixedly install the water conservancy flap valve at an outlet of a pump station, when a unit works, water flow water pressure impacts a sealing plate, the sealing plate rotates on a rotating shaft through a first rotating rod and a second rotating rod to be opened, water flow flows out through the flap valve body, when a unit is shutdown and the water pressure inside the pump station is reduced to be consistent with the water pressure outside the pump station, thesealing plate is closed to cut off the water flow, the water flow is prevented from flowing back into the pump unit to reverse the unit, and accidents are avoided.
