The invention relates to a reinforcement cage for a large-diameter variable cross-section pile foundation, in particular to the technical field of bridge construction. The reinforcement cage comprisesan inner-layer reinforcement cage main body, an outer-layer reinforcement cage main body and a plurality of first stiffening rings, wherein the inner-layer reinforcement cage main body is provided with a reducing position matched with a variable cross-section position of the pile foundation, the reducing position divides the inner-layer reinforcement cage main body into a first unit and a secondunit which are sequentially arranged in the length direction of the inner-layer reinforcement cage main body, the outer-layer reinforcement cage body is arranged outside the first unit of the inner-layer reinforcement cage body in a sleeving mode, and a stiffening space is formed between the outer-layer reinforcement cage body and the first unit, all the first stiffening rings are located in the stiffening space and arranged at intervals in the axis direction of the first unit, the cross sections of the first stiffening rings are in an I shape, and the outer-layer reinforcement cage body is connected to the first unit of the inner-layer reinforcement cage body through the first stiffening rings. According to the reinforcement cage, cross-shaped or triangular supporting ribs do not need tobe additionally arranged on the first stiffening rings, so that circumferential deformation of the reinforcement cage is prevented.
