Cement soil bamboo joint pile construction method
In order to solve the problems of small pile diameter, poor quality, low construction efficiency and the like of a cement soil mixing pile, the invention provides a cement soil bamboo joint pile construction method which is based on a bamboo joint pile construction device. The bamboo joint pile construction device is composed of a drill rod, a power head, a lifting mechanism and a drill bit. Mixing rods are arranged on the drill bit. High-pressure nozzles are arranged at the outer ends of one mixing rod, and the high-pressure nozzles are used for spraying high-pressure cement slurry; and a low-pressure nozzle located below the high-pressure nozzles is further arranged on the drill bit, and the low-pressure nozzle is used for spraying low-pressure cement slurry. The cement soil bamboo jointpile construction method mainly comprises the steps that (1) the power head drives the drill rod and the drill bit to sink into a soil layer; (2) the drill bit reaches the bottom of a pile, the high-pressure cement slurry is sprayed to the soil layer through the high-pressure nozzles, and upwards lifting and rotating are conducted till the designed height of a bamboo joint is reached; and (3) thelow-pressure cement slurry is sprayed to the soil layer through the low-pressure nozzle, meanwhile lifting and rotating and mixing through the mixing rods are conducted till the lower end of a secondbamboo joint is reached, the steps are repeated, and the bamboo joint pile is formed through spraying and mixing combination and switching.
为了解决水泥土搅拌桩桩径小、质量差、施工效率低等问题,本发明提供了一种水泥土竹节桩施工方法,基于竹节桩施工装置,竹节桩施工装置由钻杆、动力头、提升机构以及钻头组成,钻头上设置有搅拌杆,搅拌杆外端部设置有高压喷嘴,高压喷嘴用于喷射高压水泥浆,钻头上还设置有位于高压喷嘴下方的低压喷嘴,低压喷嘴用于喷射低压水泥浆;施工方法主要包括:1)动力头带动钻杆及钻头向下沉入土层;2)钻头到达桩底,通过高压喷嘴向土层喷射高压泥浆,同时向上提升旋转,直至竹节设计高度;3)通过低压喷嘴向土层喷射低压水泥浆,同时旋转提升、搅拌杆搅拌,直至第二竹节下端,重复上述步骤,通过喷搅结合及切换形成竹节桩。
