The invention discloses a guide device for lowering and positioning a double-wall steel cofferdam. The guide device comprises a guide wheel, a connecting rod, a moving frame, a pushing device and a counter-force frame, wherein the guide wheel is fixedly connected to the moving frame through the connecting rod, the pushing device is arranged between the moving frame and the counter-force frame, andthe pushing device is used for adjusting the position of the moving frame; and the counter-force frame is fixedly connected to a horizontal straight rod on the side wall of a steel casing, and the guide wheel makes contact with the cofferdam. By means of the structural design of the guide device, the stability of the double-wall steel cofferdam in the lowering process can be guaranteed, active deviation rectification can be conducted when the position of the double-wall steel cofferdam deviates, meanwhile water flow impact can be resisted to reduce the horizontal shearing force borne by a pull rod, and the guide device has the advantages of high adaptability, high automation level, clear stress relation, easiness in operation, low construction cost and the like.
