The invention discloses a mud sucking and sand pumping device. The mud sucking and sand pumping device comprises a crushing cone, a crushing disc, a residue discharging pipe, a sand sucking air inletpipe and a cutter air inlet pipe, wherein the crushing cone is arranged on the bottom side of the crushing disc, the cone tip of the crushing cone is upwards provided with an air outlet hole, and thecutter air inlet pipe communicates with an air inlet hole in the top of the crushing cone through a plurality of air diverting pipes; and the feeding end of the residue discharging pipe is arranged above the crushing disc, the sand sucking air inlet pipe communicates with the residue discharging pipe, a connecting port of the sand sucking air inlet pipe and the residue discharging pipe is arrangedclose to the feeding end of the residue discharging pipe, high-pressure air for sand pumping enters the residue discharging pipe through the sand sucking air inlet pipe, and after a siphon environment is formed, sandy cobbles are sucked out and discharged by the residue discharging pipe.
