The invention relates to a twisted steel anchoring device. The device comprises twisted steel, a counter-force beam, a counter-force pile and a test pile. The counter-force beam is placed on the counter-force pile; the counter-force pile goes deep into a supporting layer; an anchoring dynamometer is arranged on the counter-force beam; the twisted steel vertically penetrates through the counter-force beam and a through hole reserved in the anchoring dynamometer in a non-contact mode; the upper end of the twisted steel bar is assembled with a nut, and the nut compresses the anchoring dynamometerdownwards through an upper bearing plate; the test pile is hollow; the upper end of the test pile is fixedly connected with a lower bearing plate; the twisted steel penetrates downwards through the lower bearing plate and extends into a cavity of the test pile; the lower end of the twisted steel is assembled with other nut; and the nut upwards presses and supports the lower bearing plate. According to the twisted steel anchoring device, the twisted steel is adopted to replace an anchor cable, the nut is adopted to replace an anchorage device, and fixed connection is formed through an internalthread nut and an external thread screw, so that the device structure and the installation process are simplified, the situation that test pile load is ensured to be transmitted to the anchor cable dynamometer is guaranteed, and pull-down load test accuracy is ensured.
本发明涉及一种螺纹钢筋锚固装置,包括螺纹钢筋、反力梁、反力桩、试桩;反力梁搁置在反力桩上,反力桩深入持力层;锚固测力计置于反力梁上,螺纹钢筋竖直无接触地穿过反力梁及锚固测力计上预留的通孔;螺纹钢筋上端与一螺母装配,螺母通过上承压板向下压紧锚固测力计;试桩中空,上端与下承压板固定连接,螺纹钢筋向下穿过下承压板并伸入试桩的空腔内,螺纹钢筋下端与另一螺母装配,该螺母向上压紧并托住下承压板。本发明采用螺纹钢筋代替锚索,采用螺母代替锚具,通过内螺纹螺母和外螺纹螺杆形成固定连接,简化装置结构和安装流程,同时保证试桩荷载传递至锚索测力计,保证下拉荷载测试准确性。
