The invention discloses a prefabricated column vertical connection construction joint and a construction method thereof. The prefabricated column vertical connection construction joint comprises an upper prefabricated column, a lower prefabricated column and a filling cavity between the upper prefabricated column and the lower prefabricated column, and at least one first grouting sleeve and at least one second grouting sleeve are pre-buried in the lower end of the upper prefabricated column; openings in the lower ends of the first grouting sleeves and the lower ends of the second grouting sleeves are flush with the lower end face of the upper prefabricated column, and each first grouting sleeve comprises a first sleeve body, a first grouting opening and a first air outlet, wherein the first grouting opening and the first air outlet are formed in the peripheral wall of the first sleeve body; each second grouting sleeve comprises a second sleeve body and a second air outlet formed in theperipheral wall of the second sleeve body; and the first air outlets and the second air outlets are both connected with flow guide pipes, the first grouting openings are connected with feeding pipes,and a plurality of extending ribs extend out of the upper end face of the lower prefabricated column and are inserted into the first grouting sleeves and the second grouting sleeves correspondingly.The prefabricated column vertical connection construction joint is simple in structure, and the building cost is further greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种预制柱竖向连接施工节点及其施工方法,该节点包括上预制柱、下预制柱以及二者之间的填充腔,上预制柱的下端预埋有至少一个第一灌浆套筒和至少一个第二灌浆套筒,第一灌浆套筒和第二灌浆套筒的下端开口与上预制柱的下端面平齐,第一灌浆套筒包括第一筒体以及设置在第一筒体周壁上的第一灌浆口和第一出气口,第二灌浆套筒包括第二筒体以及设置在第二筒体周壁上的第二出气口,第一出气口和第二出气口均连有导流管,第一灌浆口连有进料管,下预制柱的上端面伸出有多根伸出筋,伸出筋分别插入第一灌浆套筒和第二灌浆套筒内。该预制柱竖向连接施工节点,不但结构简单,建筑成本还大为降低。
