According to the automatic mortar paving machine, the guide pile, the guide fence and the conveying bed are combined into a brick inlet receiving port and a brick conveying platform, so that bricks horizontally move on the conveying bed in the direction of the guide fence, and favorable conditions are provided for mortar paving; the mortar groove is connected with the guide fence through a connecting rod, so that the adaptability of the mortar paving machine to a complex environment is improved; a brick placing table is arranged to be a movable telescopic brick placing table, so that the occupied use area of the mortar paving machine is reduced, and the purposes of convenient brick taking and simple machine installation are achieved; a roller is arranged above the conveying bed, so that the mortar paving requirement of longer bricks is met, and the mortar paving length is not limited; and manual participation can be reduced, brick preparation and brick taking are more convenient, meanwhile, common faults of the machine in the plastering process are solved, and the adaptive capacity of the complex construction environment is improved.
本发明提供了一种自动铺灰机，涉及建筑装修工程用的器具技术领域，包括机架（1）、输送床（2），导向桩（3），导向围栏（4），灰槽（5）等部件，本发明由导向桩、导向围栏、输送床组合成了进砖接纳口和运砖平台，使砖在输送床按导向围栏的方向水平移动，为铺灰提供有利条件。将灰槽与导向围栏的连接方式设置为连杆连接，提高铺灰机的复杂环境的适应能力。把驻砖台设置为活动的伸缩驻砖台，减少铺灰机占地使用面积，达到取砖便捷和机器安装简便的目的。在输送床上方安装辊筒，满足更长的砖的铺灰要求，让铺灰长度不受限制。能够减少人工参与，使备砖和取砖更加便捷，同时解决机器在抹灰过程中常见的故障，提高复杂施工环境的适应能力。
